  • How do I make a reservation?

    You can book online, call us, or send a text message. For special events or group bookings, we recommend booking in advance.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We understand that plans change. Our policy is simple and clear:


    100% refund for cancellations 48 hours before pickup time


    50% refund if cancelled 24 hours before pickup


    25% refund if cancelled 12 hours before pickup


    No refund and no-show will be charged in full after 30 minutes of waiting

  • Do you charge waiting time?

    Yes. We offer 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time.


    After 15 minutes, a fee of $5 per minute will be applied.

  • Do you provide car seats or boosters for children?

    Yes, we offer child seats and booster seats upon request.


    Please request in advance to guarantee availability.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept major credit and debit cards, Zelle, Cash App, and cash.

  • How will I find my driver at the airport?

    Your driver will contact you before arrival and provide detailed instructions.

    Meet & Greet service is available upon request.

  • Are your drivers licensed and insured?

    Absolutely — all our drivers are professionally trained, background-checked, and carry full commercial insurance. Safety is our highest priority.
