1. Reservations & Payment

All bookings require a valid credit card at the time of reservation. Payment is processed after service completion unless otherwise arranged in advance. Pam Car Service accepts all major credit cards for your convenience.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. To provide flexibility while maintaining our service quality:

• Full refund (100%) for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup.
• 50% refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup.
• 25% refund for cancellations made within 12 hours of pickup.
• No refund for cancellations made less than 12 hours before pickup or for no-shows.

3. Waiting Time & No-Show Policy

• A 15-minute complimentary waiting period is provided for all scheduled pickups.
• After the grace period, a $5 per minute waiting charge applies.
• If the passenger has not arrived within 30 minutes, the trip will be considered a no-show and charged in full.

We monitor flight arrivals to minimize unnecessary wait times for airport pickups.

4. Additional Services & Fees

• Child seats and booster seats are available upon request for an additional fee.
• Meet & Greet airport service can be arranged for an extra charge.
• Additional fees may apply for extra stops, wait time extensions, or special requests.

5. Passenger Conduct & Vehicle Care

To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests:

• Smoking, vaping, and drug use are strictly prohibited inside all vehicles.
• A cleaning or damage fee will be applied for spills, stains, or other damages caused by passengers.
• Fees start at $350 and may increase depending on the extent of cleaning or repair required.

6. Liability & Lost Items

Pam Car Service is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other conditions beyond our control.
We are not liable for personal items left in vehicles, but we will make every effort to assist in their recovery.
